To change the location of your screenshots simply open your terminal and enter following:

defaults write com.apple.screencapture location ~/Pictures/Screenshots
killall SystemUIServer

When you want to change it back to Desktop again execute following:

defaults write com.apple.screencapture location ~/Desktop
killall SystemUIServer
